A state of the art energy farm, located in the San Martin region of Peru, operated under best practices in Jatropha Agronomy focused on minimizing the impact to local ecosystem while maximizing the positive economic, environmental and social impact to the community is the cornerstone of LS AGROFUELS S.A. Energy farm’s strategy.

LS AGROFUELS S.A. will have a long term and sustainable positive impact on the social and economic lives of the inhabitants of the San Martin region by creating a minimum of 3000 full time farming positions. These new jobs will inject more than $5.9 Million Dollars annually into the local economy. In addition the company will share a percentage of the profits of the energy farm with the local government of San Martin and private landowners of San Martin. In year 7 of operations the profit sharing is projected at $3.6 Million dollars.

LS BIODIESEL S.A. will build a state of the art, ecologically friendly modular Biodiesel refining company that will utilize the proven technology and best practices of Bio Diesel Technologies GMBH. The Plant will be located near the city of Tarapoto in the San Martin Region of Peru.

The plant will be capable of producing 16000 metric tons (MT) of B100 Biodiesel in its first year expanding to 80,000 MT, 24,600,000 gallons, by year 6. 

The electricity and water for the plant will be created by generators and pumps run on biodiesel produced at the Plant. The Plant will not expel any toxic byproducts into the local environment and will ultimately employ 30 people in the region.
